How can I enable download buttons on the 'Order Status' and 'Thank You' pages?

Here’s a guide to help you activate the EDP app blocks. In addition to the email that’s automatically sent to your customers with their downloads, this will let them download their files (and view their license keys, if applicable) directly on the thank you page after placing their order.


  1. Access Theme Settings:
  • Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Checkout' in your Shopify admin and click 'Customize'.




  1. Locate the EDP App Block:
  • Click on 'apps' :




  1. Enable EDP App Blocks
  • Click the '+' icon next to the EDP download block, then select 'Thank you' and 'Order status'.




  1. App Blocks are Activated
  • The app blocks should now appear on both pages. Don't forget to save your checkout configuration before leaving the page.
